Major Project: Bathroom Animation Scenes
Some of the scenes for the Bathroom part of my film describing the fate of Mr Plimsoll's wife. There is some issues with the textures and the lighting in the bathroom set that need a go over to make sharper and less noticeable, to achieve a watercolour aesthetic showed in the backgrounds in 1930s cartoons. I also need to add a spotlight effect to the axe and fridge scenes so that it reflects what is shown in the animatic more faithfully.

Animation: Animating on Photoshop
Due to me leaving my memory stick at home, I wasn't able to do my lip sync animation. So instead I looked at the work of Alex Grigg, the maker of the short film Phantom Limb, and watched his tutorial for animating in Photoshop. I like the results of animating in Photoshop as the limitations and the way that it is like a hybrid between Flash, Aftereffects and Photoshop makes it very interesting and fun to use.

Animation: Symbols, Tweening and Adding Symbols
Turning my animation of the horse into a symbol and then applying a tween was very easy to do for me, and while I still need to improve on the horse's movement, it is amusing to see it fly by in a hurricane. To add to this, I might add additional objects that are swept up into the hurricane, and maybe animate the hurricane so that it spins.

While it still needs a bit more work put into it, especially with the horse's legs, this is my animation of the bouncing ball to character so far. After fixing this up and making him flow better with his movements and with his pacing, I shall make a background for him, perhaps doing it in Photoshop as it has a wider range of brushes.

After Effects: Paralex Test
While I'm not the best at using After Effects I did enjoy making this. Apart from some issues with trying to get the right render size for uploading on here, everything went pretty smoothly and it was relatively easy to make.

Animation: Bouncing Ball and Secondary Action
While the object was rather easy to animate, I had computer trouble regarding Flash hating the brush, pencil and eraser tool with a passion so I had less time to make the animation. Therefore I plan on working on it more but I'm happy with how it turned out despite having a shorter time to do the sequence. I especially want to sort out the movement of the red ball as is bounces up towards the end and make the looping flow better.

Animation: Morphing
This an animation I did of myself turning into a carrot and then turning into a lion. I really enjoyed making the animation, it's been a while since I used Flash like this so it was refreshing to do something like this after a while of not using the program in ages.
